Promo Code Types

The following types of promotional codes are available:

• Fixed Discount: Deducts a set amount from the subscription cost.

• Percentage Discount: Applies a percentage reduction to the subscription fee.

How to Get a Promo Code?

Promotional codes are issued on a case-by-case basis. If you believe your project brings significant value to the ecosystem, please request a promo code. We review each request individually and will respond with any applicable discounts.

How to Use a Promo Code?

To apply a promo code, you must have an existing subscription in either Pending or Active status. Codes can be used to reduce the cost of a subscription that is not yet activated or to lower the ongoing cost of an active subscription.

1. Navigate to Subscriptions: Choose the subscription for promo code application.

2. Apply Promo Code:

   • Pending Subscription: Enter the promo code during activation to apply the discount.

   • Active Subscriptions: Use the Info section to add a promo code to the corresponding field, affecting future billing.
