The following types of promotional codes are available:
Fixed Discount: Deducts a set amount from the subscription cost.
Percentage Discount: Applies a percentage reduction to the subscription fee.
Promotional codes are issued on a case-by-case basis. If you believe your project brings significant value to the ecosystem, please . We review each request individually and will respond with any applicable discounts.
To apply a promo code, you must have an existing subscription in either Pending or Active status. Codes can be used to reduce the cost of a subscription that is not yet activated or to lower the ongoing cost of an active subscription.
Navigate to Subscriptions: Choose the subscription for promo code application.
Apply Promo Code:
Pending Subscription: Enter the promo code during activation to apply the discount.
Active Subscriptions: Use the Info section to add a promo code to the corresponding field, affecting future billing.
